Steve it sounds like the IIS is not set up correctly. Did you create a
virtual web site and point it at the directory you have the taf in?

If you do that it should execute just fine. The Web server does not know the
path to the second example unless it know what directory the taf is in it
won't find it. You are pointing at the default so everything would have to
go into the root of the web directory a real haven for hackers.

In IIS click on default Web site. Right click and create virtual Web site.
Then point it at a folder ( directory ) where you want to store the .taf
files and make a default page in the properties and all will work just fine.
