I haven't confirmed this, but I believe whenever you use an insert or update
action and insert a date with only a 2 digit year. If believe if you do a
direct DBMS with a 2 digit year, your result will be as you would expect (02
would be 2002). This is from my experience with Tango and SQL Server 7. It
seems to be Tango's interpretation of a 2 digit year when generating a query.
I looked for a config setting for this, but I didn't see one.
