Steve,

You're right - all you have to do is copy the folder somewhere on your
system. No real installation. One thing: keep it close to the drive root
level, as long directory paths can be troublesome. Same for where your
target images are.

I'll put up a zip file of the tcf and batch file i've been using and post
that so you can play with it. It's not too comprehensive, but covers
identifying the size, height and width, resizing and sharpening (if desired)
of any image.
