Hi Alex, and everyone else. In my spare time, I am building http://witango.org as an aid to the Witango developer community. Providing a profile section for developers is a good idea, with options for displaying personal information. It is still under construction of course and suggestions are encouraged. Email me at [EMAIL PROTECTED]
The main features of the site are: -- Witango.Talk -- Witango.Resources -- Witango.Websightings -- Witango.Postings (almost ready) -- Witango.Product -- Witango.Press (coming soon) -- Return site contents in XML format (coming soon). As for an open Chat service for all of us - this is a nice idea and could provide some obvious benefits to many. But of course the beauty of the Witango-Talk List is that answers and information is distributed to everyone. Plus, most of us have regular jobs and can't always answer right away - as much as we want to :-) I have MSN Messenger under [EMAIL PROTECTED] and do Chat with a few of you already. I'd be happy to help when I can - but keep in mind for myself and anyone else who makes their IRC or IM addresses known, to keep the conversations brief and be prepared for quick signoffs to allow a person to get back to work. Cheers....
