Steve, All,

I�ve just posted a zip archive with a couple of batch files and a tcf. While
I suspect it�s not as complete as Gauthier�s, one of the things worth noting
is that I�ve included a �sharpen� routine that is called whenever you resize
an image smaller than 50% - the amount of sharpening and the percentage
threshold is something you can play around with, but I've noticed it make a
big difference in image quality in the final file.

Sorry I haven�t had time to document it much, but it�s not too complex
anyway...
