It has been along since I did my upgrade, but I seam to remember it all went
pretty smooth. I don't recall a single issue when I converted my files from
3.62 to 4.0

But get SP1 - it's a must! You should be able to get this from whom you get
your upgrade from.

Nesting your quotes properly are always important in any language or version
thereof.

But in your example, you're nesting a Witango Metatag with HTML. Witango
affectively ignores any surrounding HTML, Text, XML or other characters you
type - so no, it's not a problem with the way you've done it.

Obviously, it's always good practice to test your conversion on a
development server first, before you deploy it.
