I am posting this issue to the list for the people who might be running Mdeamon email server.
"Effective July 1, 2002, Alt-N Technologies will no longer distribute products through Deerfield Communications Inc. Technical support services, customer service, direct and channel sales management, and marketing for our product line will be handled by Alt-N Technologies directly."

Deerfield has produced its own mail server called “VisNetic” and discontinuing the support for Mdaemon. Alt-N (the manufacturers of Mdeamon) will take back MDaemon marketing and support.
