Witango doesn't care what File System you install it on - typically, the only software that does care is your Operating System.
If you are using Windows NT / 2000 / XP - then NTFS is highly recommended over FAT because of things like more efficient file block storage sizes, better file handling threads, faster harddrive memory paging and of course Security. Overall you'll get better performance from NTFS than FAT. Hope this helps. Cheers...
