Your server is on Daylight Savings time. It seems that the Tango Server does
not recognize this. In other words it is a bug. I don't believe there is an
FTF that solves this issue. That means that you will have to find your own
work around, which is to move into another time zone's standard time.
I just hope, for your sake, that your SMTP and Tango servers are on
different machine, or else there is no work around.
