Check this.
Right click on the Web site or default web site depending on how you have it
set up
In the bottom half of the window under application setting choose
configuration button
Scroll down the list and make sure you have
.taf
.tcf
.tml
Extensions and they point to the
Inetpub\scripts\t4iss.dll
Sometimes if the installer did not recognize IIS or you installed it after
the app server install you have to configure this part yourself.
