Oxygen 1.2 is an XML editor that supports XML, XSL, DTD, XSD, and TXT documents, can generate a DTD from a sample XML document, and can check for valid and well-formed XML, XSL and XSD content. The software requires a Java Virtual Machine version 1.4 or later. Oxygen is $65 ($25 academic) for Mac OS X, Linux, Solaris, and Windows. Registration is required for a 30 day trial license.
