Yes, but I think you meant to say is that Tango's DateTime functions has a
maximum resolution of one second. 
 
Tango does not see anything smaller than one "tick" or about 1/60th of a
second when using <@TIMER>
 
If you need fractional seconds you'll have to go outside of Tango, like
Server-Side JavaScript (resolution up to milliseconds) which also has the
appropriate methods (functions) for that resolution.
