I think, that you use a old "Tango" license from Pervasive.
Anyway, we have sold new version with the new license-key and here we have
had problems, that the Server have tell us, that the license is incorrect -
this is happen on some dual CPU's.
Maybe it was a change from With Enterprise for new licenses after removing
the cooperate license and it is also written in the FAQ.
But I think, that the new version will running on one or two CPU boxes, but
that it use only one CPU. Don't know, so we must wait to get a answer from
With Enterprise.
