if you have outlook, you can view the headers from the View ---> Options menu... open the e-mail to its own window first.
to view the body in an html e-mail, just right click and View Source like with a Web page. Are you doing something tricky with e-mail that you need this? Tango does a lot for you with the Mail Action.
