Gene, We run T2K Pro on a Win2K production box with no problems.
The installer can get a bit confused about where to place the sample folders 'virtual' root within the defined sites if you have more than one configured, but it is easily rectified by deleting the virtual folder and re-creating it in the correct site/location.
