WOW..I just sat here and read my question and thought..use the UID!

I am having problems with opeartors.
I have an elseif action listing thru a search a date and username. I
don't' want the search action to bring any of the above back, if one of
the fields has data in it already. (a field called "response") I want it
only to return if that certain field is empty. Right now it brings back
empty response field and blank reseponse fields so long as the date and
user match.
The only operator I can find in the pulldown from the criteria window in
the search function is "not equal". I thought I used to see a "if empty"
choice there in that pulldown, but, to my dismay it's not there. (it's
in the elseif action pane)
