it's rely mainly on your application structure and process implementation
that are launched on requests on the application.

You can't put a number on it. Anyone who says you can handle 30 concurrent
users without testing WITH your application is wasting your time.
What you need to do is get (or write) an application which simulates a load
on your application. With that load, I would take it go through a bunch of
steps a user would go through, and then run it to simulate a load of x
number of users and see what the performance is on YOUR hardware, with YOUR
network and YOUR application.
