Hi There was a bug in earlier releases of T2K sp1 and this was fixed in FTF047 I am not sure that you can apply this patch to R:Tango though You might need to contact RBTI

Erik, others, Did you ever make any progress on this? I just encountered the same problem. It's the first time I've tried to have R:Tango attach PDF files to an email.
