Hi Connect and Disconnect on are not supported in R:Base stored procedures, at least not according to the docs ;-)

Now, if the secondary database is already Sconnected to your database and the table is attached, you should be able to access it through your stored procedure. I know I can access other non R:base datasources from R:tango this way. I have not tried it through a stored procedure, but once the table is attached, it shouldn't matter how you access it.
