If you have a log file that is recording the times the crontab runs and you
have confirmed it is operating correctly, then the problem is surely the
URL - can't you use the ip address of the machine: ie if the ip is
192.168.1.10 then use http://192.168.1.20/scripts/t4cgi.ext
Maybe your scripts folder isn't in a location where it can be run from the
web/app server? That's where your prob would be I think.
