Hi Steve,

The TCF needs to be either in the same folder as the calling DEFAULT.TAF
file
or
in the folder designated by the "TCFSEARCHPATH=" setting in the T4server.ini

Hope this helps

Subject: Witango-Talk: StoreFront

First I would like to thank John Hollister for providing 3 formats of the
StoreFront data.

I have moved the major tables and data over to R:Base, copied the folders
and files to their own web folder and set up the ODBC driver for Oterro. I
am having trouble "Reloading the System Variables". I got them to initialize
by modifying RefreshVars.taf to include a Create_Common object prior to the
RefershVars action. Probably wasn't supposed to do this, but the system
variables all loaded. I think.

When I try to run Default.taf, I get the following error:
[Error] [683] -806 An unspecified method call error occurred. PageHeader
[Error] [683] -801 An error occurred while invoking this method. PageHeader

I displayed the application$Common variable and it shows:
Common: [Object: 00C7DAA]

My first question is when StoreFront "Reloads the system variables", does it
somehow store common.tcf in memory somewhere. I set the "debug" attribute
and display variables for debugging in common.tcf, then save to the
appropriate location on the web folder. But it doesn't change any output
when I run admin.taf, default.taf, etc. It is like it ignores my changes.
Can someone explain the application$Common variable.

The contents of DSN.INC are "StoreFront Data". Is this supposed to be
modified to something? Maybe a path?

Am I going about this all wrong? Is there a special way to initialize the
system "application" variables or get StoreFront up and running?

Thanks in advance for any ideas or help
