Actually, I do this all the time. I got tired of having to deal with
people pushing the back button at the most opportune times :)

I open the window which becomes the main window of the app with
Toolbar=no and then I have a JavaScript which prevents right-click

I was thinkin Ben that if you had a system where the user must login,
maybe
after the user logs in, it could make a popup window and thats where the
app
itself is, then at any time you wanted you could close the window from
within the app and theyd find themselves right back at the login screen
