Hmmm, I wonder if the folks at Tango Airlines are looking for a web domain that they can't have? I wonder how much it might be worth to them? If you did decide to negotiate with them, I'd suggest cash rather than free passes or whatever, you never know how long they will be around.

To provide the list with a quick summary of the responses that I've received up to this point, there were 3 responses from readers based outside of the U.S. that all agreed that not having a .com extension isn't quite the big deal. However all of the responses from readers that were based in the States said that a .com does have an impact on their perception of the business. Interesting but certainly not highly accurate or scientific research.
