Hi Tom: Ben is correct. The single-user server does not come bundled with the Dev Studio. This is to keep the Dev Studio download to be a small file. However, the good news is that the single-threaded server is available for separate download, at no charge.
Often times, people just want the Editor, or a new service pack for the editor, and having the full studio download just wasn't practical Trust this clarifies the new procedure.
