Ding ding ding ding!  And we have a winner!

That was it; I'd missed the close comment tag & I guess it threw stuff off.  What was odd was that the form showed up correctly, just the buttons didn't work.

The "view source" trick is really good, too.  That made it lots easier then going through the taf!

Thanks everybody.

Just on a quick look:

On the action : "Elseif_fid2three_LinkDeptsToUsr" you don't have close the comment Tag.
Maybe you have more mistakes like this...

<@ASSIGN NAME="DeptList" SCOPE="LOCAL" VALUE="@@resultSet">

<!-- COL1=Access.DeptID, COL2=Deptname

Sorry that I don't have more time to take a look on your problem

Regards

Daniel

Subject: Witango-Talk: HELP!!

I've got a really strange problem that I can't figure out.

In the attached taf, there's a form (Form_LinkDsToU).  It's a reversed
duplicate of form (Form_LinkUsToD), in fact I did a C&P and then fixed
the variables.  The latter form works fine.

On the problem form, the Reset & Save buttons won't work.  I've even
tried deleting that HTML page and adding a new, clean Results page with
a form built straight out of the templates in Snippets - the buttons
won't work.

Has anyone any ideas on what could be causing this?

Many thanks!      j
