No, but you can check apache.org to confirm.  Since the learner is 
presumably using a v3 or v4 Tango, why not use the free Personal Web 
Sharing with the cgi?

Or MacHTTP?

Or the Microsoft Web Sharing that comes with front page -- it might even 
support the plugin!
