Hi Jacob,

Have you looked in witangoevents.log or witango.log to
see if there's anything unusual there....When moving
between the links after index.taf are these links
generated with scoped variables.....When debug is on
and the file is not found what reason is given? 

It seems to me that since you renamed the site
directory some of the links may rely on the old name
and thus no file can be found at the location that no
longer exists.

If you come back with more information I'm sure more
suggestions will be made.
