A little background for my question is that I am  running Tango V4 on Windows 2000.  The application is Online enrollment for a university.  This happens after some length of time.  My sys admins blame tango, but the odd thing is that the "System Idle Process" has a majority of the virtual memory, which seems very odd to me.

What causes this type of error.  My servers will do this every so often.  The strange thing is that on the process screen of the task manager the virtual memory being used by "System Idle Process" is very high.

Could not connect. Please make sure the server is configured properly.
