Jon,
This
is a link to a company who has a fax server called ProtoFax. It is
windows-based, but you said it wasn't a problem setting up a separate
machine.
To fax
with this, you set up an e-mail address in the fax server, then send your e-mail
to this address. The fax server reads the e-mail and sends out the fax to
the pre-determined fax number. I have used this program in its earlier
versions and it always worked flawlessly.
It
isn't cheap, but if you're doing this on a regular basis, it works out much
cheaper than using an e-mail to fax service in the long run.
They
do have a trial version that you can use to see if it does what you
want.

-----Original Message-----Has anyone got an idea how to send reports to 100's of users by fax automatically from Witango? I know email would be easy but a number of the clients are government offices with no access to email for security reasons.
