Witango-Talk: testing a taf with an FMP source

witango 5, fresh install on OS X. Webstar 5.

I created a simple record insert taf using a builder and an FMP source
Uploaded and set owner of both to be webstar, the logged in user
Hit the taf and the form page showed up.
Filled in the form and hit submit.

got back:
<HTML><H3>Client Error</H3><P>Can't send a request to the application server.</P></HTML>

and thereafer any hit to the witango server gets the same response.

Opened new browser, Omniweb. Hit the taf and it downloaded it to the desktop!

I thought the plug-in was supposed to automatically set action/suffix mapping.
