Sorry Brian,   It can't be done:   http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;264057   You could try Apache, but I'm not 100% sure about which versions are supported by the various versions of Witango. You might have to go for a version less than 2.0   http://httpd.apache.org/   Hope this helps.
