Hi Dan,

Try:

<@IF EXPR"<@CGIPARAM SERVER_PORT> = 443">
    Show them the secure HTTPS form
<@ELSE>
    Else show them a message that they need to be using a "HTTPS" address
</@IF>

Note: A typical SSL install will set Port 443 as the default - but it could
be something different so check it out first.
