I'm doing a multi-step process within a transaction. I can see the program
executing my SQL statements, but at the end of the run it has changed no
data. I'm not doing a roll-back, I'm doing a commit.
If I rip-out the transactions it works fine.
I only need to do a roll-back under certain conditions (I've changed the
criteria on that IF statement to say IF '4 = 5', so it will never resolve to
true).
