FTF047 was the last 'build' of Tango that was unofficially released by Pervasive. It wasn't an official release because it didn't go through proper QA testing (there were only 6 people left in the Tango group at the time). Most of us have been running it for a while now. I'm not sure where you can get it although if you get stuck, I might be able to help you out with it.
