Adding to this..I got it to connect..but now the mail just drops in the
"badmail" folder in the mail root directory on IIS.
Someone after these years of using Tango..etc., I have forgotten how to get
to this to work..etc. I have the server manual, so before someone says
RTFM, could someone maybe steer me to the Microsfot info, since that is
what is looking like the problem is?
Sorry for this but for the life of me I cant' understand why this wont'
work.

For years..I have used mail actions and usually been able to work out any
problems. This latest has been a round and round type thing that now seems
very easy to troubleshoot, but, still, unable to figure out what thumb I
have in the wrong place.
Very simple error here when I debug,
***** - 321 Unable to connect to the specified SMTP sever. 127.0.0.1 ***
SO, any insight on what I have missed
Tango 2K server
Win 2000K box
IIS WebServer
SMTP that installs with IIS
