I concur, when I secured my mail server from Open Relays, I ended up 
block my mail actions.  So I built a queueing system and de-queued 
locally.  But your localhost was blocked, which seems funny, unless your 
server is checking Reverse DNS  which probably won't resolve correctly to 
localhost.
