Steve,

When you display the contents, use this: <@arg argname

encoding=multilinehtml> - this will catch line breaks that they type in

the text area as well as html tags.

Good luck!

Jason

I saw a reply yesterday to my post concerning how to allow users to add HTML tags in a text area field.

That mail was on my Titanium that just happened to go “kapoot” last night.

Who ever posted could you please email me off list.  I think, if I remember right, it stated to add some code in the Form tag.

Thanks so much!

Steve

If @@user$SubMenu is your array, then you can use <@VAR user$SubMenu[<@CURROW>,SubMenuID]> if you want to extract information by column name.

cheers

Subject: Witango-Talk: Witango Tallk: Identifying columns by Name in an Array in @ROWS

Hi,

I know that you can extract information by using method 1. or 2., but is there a syntax that allows you to use method 3..  I am assuming that it doesn't work because the column name is not assigned to the Array, but thought that I might ask the fine people at Witango Talk.  After all, @@local$resultSet appears to possesses the Column names.

<@ROWS ARRAY="@@user$SubMenu">
    1.  @@SubMenu[<@CURROW>,1]
    2.  <@
COL NUM="1">
    3.  <@
COL NAME='SubMenu.SubMenuID'>
    <BR>
</@ROWS>

Thanks,

Gerard
