It is incredibly simple, just go to add/remove programs, then windows components and add terminal services. It will ask you if you want to use it in admin or some other mode where you have to worry about licensing. Choose the admin mode, and you can have up to 5 admins connected at once I think. It is much better than timbuktu, or most other remote control solutions because your login is seperate from what is happening on the monitor. So security is great. You can login via remote desktop, and leave something running and disconnect, and your monitor still shows the login screen. You can have two people running independent sessions at the same time. This is what the mac needs instead of timbuktu.

Is there a good source for learning how to set up terminal services under
Windows 2000 Advanced server? I've tried fumbling around with it but I've
been unsuccessful.

Please let me know.

If you use terminal services, then you can use the remote desktop client to have complete control. It is cross platform because there is a client for OS X, which I use frequently.

I have a development server that I manage to hang on occasion. It is
running IIS 5.
What is the best way to restart Tango from a URL when Tango is not
running?
Essentially I need to run a batch file with the following:
c:>net stop tango_2000_server
c:>net start tango_2000_server

I can't do it through Tango, because the service is not currently
running.
