Excellent post Joe!

At the time Pervasive was dumping Tango, Phil obviously saw through the
doom-and-gloom and wanted it because he believes in it. He believed in it
enough to make it happen, and put everything on the line to buy it. That
says a lot!

All the power to you Phil, you're a heck of a guy ;-)
