This is what I have for domainscopekey: <@CIPHER action=hash str='<@LOWER <@DOMAIN>>'> So, if I had 2 servers runing on the same machine, the domain key should be exactly the same (and it is), but the second sever still cannot see variables that the first server has placed in the domain scope.
