I've been trying to do that but the only formats that are listed don't correspond with what Mac Mail can import. Mac Mail import asks for either a specific application (Eudora, Claris Emailer, etc. - Outlook Express is listed, but Outlook 2000 is not). The only other import option is 'mbox'.

Outloook 2000 has the ability to export messages and contacts to many
different formats.

Under File, Import and Export, choose Export to a file. The next screen
will show you the different file types available.

Subject: Witango-Talk: OT: Exporting Mail from Outlook 2000 Windows

I figure that some of the cross platform people might have some
suggestions.
I'm trying to move from Outlook 2000 running on Windows 2000 to Mail on OS
X. I've got Outlook Express running on both machines and thought
I might be
able to use one or the other as a translation vehicle but I can't find
anything.

Is there any way of getting my message folders and contact list out of
Outlook 2000 and into Mail?

Please let me know.

Thanks,

Steve Smith
