Also, a �Send this page to your friend� enables people to send page links to other people. Furthermore, this website has rich multimedia content that consists of Audio and Video clips being drawn from a database. Besides being rich in content, this website enables the communications department at the Institute to publish content to the website as it happens. This was done by using database driven web-based admin tools. To sum up this web site proved to be an excellent tool for marketing the event. The first information collected about the prospect is entered and sent for approval to the marketing manager in an auto-generated email. This system consists of two databases, namely, Roles and Order. In the Order database there is one order form which serves as the starting point for the application workflow. It contains all the information for order processing. It has various sections such as General Information, Supplier, Quote, Order, Delivery, and Billing & Payment. Visibility of the sections depends on the state of the order and the role of the person logged into the application. Most of the sections have buttons to send mail to the appropriate person and to change the state of the order. The roles database contains information about the departmental heads, and their pre-defined roles in the order-processing procedure. This database has ODBC connectivity to a MS-SQL Server Database.
