Hi Jamileh, The domain.ini is only necessary if you are planning to use Application Scope I believe.
Having multiple sub-domains on a Server doesn't usually require anything special for Tango/Witango to work. Are you getting the TAF XML when you execute files on your new sub-domain? If so, typically what is happening is that the application mappings are not assigned for the new Virtual web-site. How to setup the TAF, TCF and TML extension mappings manually depends on what OS and Web-server software you're using. Let us know. Cheers.......
