Hi Atrix, Check the character set of the printer. Sometimes a user can change it to a different language or character set, and then misinterpret the HTML code.
Also, make sure your HTML documents have all the proper tags closed, and you have <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0//EN"> at the top of the document. Recently we have been getting reports from some users that when they print it out there are bubbles on the page (im thinking hollow bullets or something).
