Mike, Are you doing the email through Witango if you are you should be able to parse the email for the to address and remove it or unsubscribe them from the DB in a taf.
If you are getting the emails in entourage you should be able to use apple script to grab the email address and store it and maybe a text file that you keep adding to and then just have a taf read the file and unsubscribe the matching addresses.
