I created 5 tafs that send emails every minute.
I set my logging to 4

So you can't guarantee there sequential.

Thanks for this thread, I realized I was running on a version (049) of
the server that was having problems with cron and/or emailing within
cron. This test got me to move up to production (054) and it is working
fine.
