Witango-Talk: MetaTagsWithHelp

Anybody know how to get the metatagswithhelp.xml doc into the studio? 
Does this work on windows and I am rejected because I am a mac guy or 
something? There is no documentation about it just a link and the file. 
I have opened the doc and see that it would great to have this info at 
my fingertips in the studio.

If someone says it only works in Windows then us mac guys need to stage 
a revolt. ;-)

Maybe I missed a meeting or something.
