Witango-Talk: TCFSearchPath

I am looking to make a folder outside of the website root to hold 
common TCFs common to more than one web site.

I thought in T2k we were able to give a physical location as a TCF 
search path.

How do I tell Witango 5 sites to look for TCFs in a location outside 
the webroot (i.e. C:\\..\\..\\mytcfsearchpath\)
