Userreference is assigned server side. I don’t know what all goes into creating it, but I know time is a factor, and it is possible that the first few chars are base on Hour and Min. and it possible to have that time combo come up as a start to the userref multiple times during the day.   Using the first portion of user ref and not the whole will not necessarily be unique.
