Rick,
We've seen the same thing as well all of a sudden - have you applied all recent
security patches? I'm guessing that if you tried to do anything else on the
server (access the IIS management console, etc) you'd see some other stuff not
working either and had to reboot completely. Stopping and starting all the
services didn't make any difference for us, and log files have been no help. My
guess is that it's either a new vulnerability or possibly what happens with the
buffer overflow if you're using either T2K or an earlier release of v5.
